I loved the people I worked with and felt that they were truly in their roles to support the community.
Cons
The administrative team, especially HR, was a mess with continual issues with paperwork a well as informing staff of changes to the retirement accounts (leading to accounts being emptied for former employees and moved to another location without their knowledge). The HR and administrative team has since changed so hopefully this is all much better now. It was a major contribution to me leaving.
