      well they only care about Executives.

      Cons

      All other employees who are not at executive level suffer a lot. 1) they pay the salary with minimum 2 or 3 months after. 2) they don't care about employees problem. 3) they don't have any allowance or any other benefits for employee. 4) they don't gibe you the chance to improve yourself or study further. 5) they have all non-technical person to tell you what to do. 6) use pirated software.
