Just about everything! Clinical judgements/decisions made by non-clinical managers sat in offices with no interest in staff, patients or clients wellbeing's. Purely money led with absolutely no care for the animals under their care. Constantly advertising themselves as ‘proudly independent’, where in fact they run all of their 12 clinics as ‘corporate’ as they come. Yes there may be some good clinical staff members (if any of them are still working their now) but they are ALL unable to have any say in how things are done or how best to serve their local community. When you raise ANY concerns about patient care, whether that be unofficial verbal or by email, you will end up being hauled over the coals, investigated, put on suspension or best case scenario, given the option of resigning and being put on garden leave for your notice period, or risk taking a disciplinary that may result in immediate dismissal with no salary or somewhere to move on to. The company have just spent a massive amount of money on a re-launch making their reception look and feel like an apple store and re-named The Pet Vet - Bristol. What the clients do not realise is that only the front of house has had a facelift - behind the consult doors absolutely nothing has changed! The laundry remains in the cattery and has been promised to be moved for over 18 months. When i left there was only 1 functioning set of clippers and no plan to replace a absolute necessity Circle anaesthetic unit (to name just two items of basic, essential equipment) Instead they have decided to spend their money - apparently £20,000 on aesthetic's and not what is best for their patients or clients. Worst company i have EVER worked for in over 38 years! Less than 1* veterinary care advertised and charged as 5* Absolutely disgusting company with no morals or ethics what so ever. Very suspicious 5* google reviews over a 2 week period to raise their somewhat lack lustre ratings. These are just a few ‘issues’ going on there and are just the tip of the iceberg!
