Provides training and support on common VA Tools. Provides a yearly performance review. Great wellness benefits.

Cons

Lower salary range versus the market. The perspective of productivity is computer movement rather than actual task completion. Limited support for leaders. Mostly focuses on VAs/revenue generating employees.
