Micromanaged, underpaid, and limited growth
Pros
- The remote/hybrid setup is convenient, especially if you prefer working from home - Work Life Balance - Not bad if you’re just starting out and don’t have experience yet — good stepping stone, but that’s it
Cons
- You’re micromanaged to the extreme — everything is tracked, every minute counts, and it honestly feels suffocating - The time tracker feels like a control tool, not something that helps with productivity - They love to say “people matter,” but once you’re in, you’ll see it’s mostly for show - The Great Place to Work award? Don’t let it fool you, they literally gave us Foodpanda vouchers to complete the survey. Everyone was basically expected to give good answers - Pay is super low. I had 10 years of experience and still got offered ₱28,000. Meanwhile, they’re billing clients way more and giving only a small cut to the people actually doing the work - They have a 2-year bond, and if you resign early, they’ll charge you ₱20K–₱40K — which feels pretty unfair, especially with the salary you’re getting
