Pros

- Ability to make uncapped commission

Cons

- Long hour work weeks, that pay less than minimum wage if you don't make sales -You need to put in a lot more hours if you want to move up, and as you move up your hours get longer. You basically have to give up all your time for the job. - The base pay is eliminated if you do make a sale - Fear tactics are used to get you to work harder -No paycheck until your first 3 weeks -Required to pay for your own transportation costs -No benefits -Work on Saturdays -Does not care about the employees -People are constantly interviewing there for a reason. Not many people stay there for a reason. - This type of company preys directly on recent graduates who aren't used to the interview and hiring process . -They promise alot of money to people that aren't used to large salaries to get them to work hard. The hours put in don't amount to the paycheck once you crunch the numbers. It's not worth it.

Pros

-You have the potential to make a lot of money

Cons

-Paid LESS than minimum wage (360 weekly) -Commission -based pay BUT if you make more in your commissions (ex. if you make 480 in commissions) you DON'T get the 360 base-pay -You make commissions ONLY once -9 hour work day and 6 day work week -It's been over a month and I still haven't received my pay and can't get in touch with anyone.

Pros

I learned about a certain document called an independent contractor clause which allows companies like this to pay you almost nothing with no benefits

Cons

Door to door sales, 6 days a week. Shout JUICE at coworkers. Matthew Goodchild hosted his meetings by reading Facebook posts and making fun of them. Don’t receive check for 3 weeks. They create and post fake reviews to boost rating.
