Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your years of service with The WFC Group! We agree, the fact that we are a smaller organization allows us to stay nimble and responsive to both our Clients and our Team Members. We do not have politics and bureaucracy to limit our effectiveness, and we can make decisions and enact positive change quickly.
We appreciate your perspective on our leadership as well. We endeavor to promote from within whenever possible so that our Team Members can grow and reap the benefit of every opportunity we can offer. After all, at The WFG Group, every person is Significant because you matter here – it’s our top core value. Sometimes, that can lead to mistakes being made and the perception that some leaders have a bit to learn – because they do. We believe excellent leaders are developed so we endeavor to develop ours and to create an environment where people in all positions can learn from their mistakes and those of their Teammates. In fact, Teamwork is also a core value here because we are better together than on our own. While our top leadership is very experienced and capable, we are all still learning. Actually, staying Curious and continuously learning is another core value of our Company.
