Such a friendly positive environment, Managers & Directors come to work in a good mood and share positivity with everyone in the office. Managers & Directors are flexible and express genuine interest in what they can do to make your life easier; they encourage communication and make themselves accessible to the team which to me, was invaluable. My manager consistently praised the work I did and remained positive even when I felt I was falling behind/ not hitting personal targets - she put real effort into training me and truly wanted to help me and the rest of the team develop professionally.
