Pros

Some learning during the first month Structured tasks and remote flexibility That’s where it ends, the rest was repetitive, unpaid labour

Cons

₹5000/month stipend promised, but they paid based on hours, which was never mentioned in the offer letter No payment made for the last 3 months (₹20,233 pending) despite completing all hours No internship certificate or letter of recommendation issued False excuses (e.g., “bank issue”) and identity confusion used to avoid accountability CEO repeatedly asked me to buy ₹25K Amazon vouchers, promising to reimburse, extremely inappropriate Reporting manager was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful A leave was later used as an excuse to withhold stipend , even though I followed proper protocol and messages were seen by the team Communication became disrespectful and passive-aggressive Mental toll from being made to feel invisible despite months of honest work

Some clarifications are in order: If you are absent without leave (informing through a WhatsApp message that you will not turn up for weeks on end doesn't count as leave), do not know how payroll is calculated and threaten legal action against HR team members, there is hardly anything anyone can do. We are sure you agree that respect cannot be demanded. Neither by us nor by you. And a " recommendation letter" has to be earned. It is not a right. An internship has to be completed for you to be eligible for a certificate. If your performance is good, no one will ignore you. Anywhere. Many companies charge interns to provide them with an opportunity to gain practical skills in a live environment. Many more have unpaid internships. At TheRightDoctors, an internship provides a valuable opportunity to develop key skills in a professional environment. This, however, depends on the candidate and their level of interest. The stipend is offered in the spirit of a scholarship, not as a salary. If earning is more important at this stage, you should not apply to us. Also, please do not apply if you have some fancy ideas about an internship. At TheRightDoctors, an internship is highly structured and process-driven, with close coordination among team members and mentors. Why? Because we are looking for future colleagues. However, most tasks, if you don't like them, will seem repetitive and boring. It's the boring and repetitive that lead to insights and innovation. It is how you look at things. Are you resigned to your tasks, or do you think of innovative approaches to reimagine the process? An internship is a good way to check if you really like what you think you do. We have replied to you on Google. You have also posted many negative reviews on various forums. May God bless you. Best of Luck and God Bless.

The job description of a Business Analyst is the most misunderstood one. Easily confused with roles such as a data analyst. What you are given eventually gravitates to what you can handle properly. Irrespective of the designation. This is true of other things in life, not just an internship. Your first few weeks as a business analyst will be spent aggregating and processing data before you can begin working on it. Lots of research, surveys, and drudge work are required to look for and compile the right data before you can start the analysis. If that sounds boring, then it is. Reason why internships exist. To help you understand how the real world works and whether you enjoy your current path before committing your life to it. Thank you for your review. We wish you the very best in all your future endeavours.
