So many cons. - They means Employee is a labor - They force to sign contract. If you want to leave before contract they will threat about police case. - The management is arrogant and does not respect their employees. They think they purchase everything of employee when someone sign the contract. - They think themselves as owner of employee life. After all the hard works they blame the employee. - The company owner behaviour is so bad. He uses slang. - Nothing to learn there. Skill will go down. etc....
