Cons
Because Thea Energy Inc. is a growing company, they are still actively scaling and organizing operations. As of writing this review, a few minor downsides are: 1. Space constraints: There is currently limited general office space and a shortage of available meeting rooms, as they have expanded exponentially over the last few months. 2. Commute: The traffic in Kearny NJ can be quite heavy during peak hours, which occasionally leads to longer commute times.
