      1. Salary never comes on time in fact they hold the salary so the employee don’t run away. 2. HR Himani know nothing about HR and never solve problem being an HR and if she don’t like anyone she will try to make their life hell. 3. There is no proper time they make employees work for more then 10 hrs every day. 4. In the name of startup they are fooling employees and the costumers too. 5. No employment security 6. They deduct PF but it is never reflected in the PF account 7. And many more

      Nothing as such, nothing is organised specially for the franchise owners

      Cons

      Anyone who is planning to invest in the company please give it a second thought. Nothing is streamlined. No assistance regarding order distribution. You invest a heavy amount and in return do not get anything. They simply earn 60-70% without any issues

      When roots are rotten, tree cannot be fruitful. - micromanagent - Founder think he knows everything things. - They cut salary even for 5 min late, but ask you to stay late after your shift everyday. - Simplest hiring process, but they don't know how to hire, They hire people and fire after 1 months or week. - Do give you documents. - Hires you for x department and shifts you in other department every month. - Ask you to come office on Sunday forcefully and if you don't, cut salary for 3 days. - Founder insult you every day without any reason and changes plan every week. He not open to any suggestions. - company is selling franchise and looting them my terminating them for no reason. - Gives salary on 15 th of month and for that also you have to literally beg to them.
