      Cult-like leader and follower Senior management just riding out vesting Major Politics - Hard to get anything done Nut jobs at the helm with little to no experience leading Ranks filled with B players who think they are A players Zero experience in TA is leading the team and doing micromanagement

      Employee-friendly work policies (a rarity), good compensation, competitive appraisal and hike (very rare in Indian scenario), constant training and learning, a very well-structured team.

      Cons

      Some of the process are still at a nascent stage that could lead to some frustration at the workplace.
