Pros

- Most of the other therapists are wonderful to work with and you develop close relationships with them - The kids are awesome - The facility is great, although small - You learn a lot - Depending on your mentor, you can learn a ton from them - Free CEU day every year - Some management is great, but some management enjoys their power trips

Cons

- Benefits are awful - Drama, drama, drama with management - The pay is awful ($26 for a starting OTR/L)- and for a for-profit company, that's just insane - No time between sessions, so you have to use the beginning and end of each child's session for clean-up and setup - There's times you won't get a solid 40 hour week, and they don't salary anyone who's not management, so you're screwed when it comes to paychecks - They give only the federal minimum for maternity leave (12 weeks unpaid) even though 95% of the company is made up of women - They open new offices for company growth, but under-staff them or stretch their current staff out to breaking point - They overbook the office caseloads, and don't know how to schedule them correctly- kids who have been going for years won't be able to get appointments for weeks at a time if they don't call within the first hour they're able to make the appointment (30 days ahead)

Pros

Constantly hiring new employees since their current employees are constantly trying to leave this garbage company.

Cons

This company is a business-mentality-driven machine that views their employees as only a number. They will lie to employees, sneakily edit contractual documents at any given moment (to make money for the company - or not pay their employees what is in their signed contracts), and have exercised some of the WORST HR and administration tactics. Anything you sign regarding your contract, job requirements, and benefits can change at any given moment. They do not value quality clinicians, which may be why their turn-over rate for employees is so high. Clinicians constantly complain about the disorganization of this company. Incentive to stay and possibility for growth within the company is non-existent. Overall, they will make money in any way that they can, and don't have any problems taking money from their employees. They are CROOKS. Do not work for this garbage company.

Pros

- great learning opportunities for new therapists - team environment - company resources and library

Cons

- Low pay, way below local average - High turnover rate - Shared caseload, meaning you don't get to build relationships with kids and it takes much longer to redo chart reviews in the mornings before treatments - No control over scheduling, asked to work different hours throughout the week - Asked to do menial tasks in the clinic that should be outsourced - Just another therapist to treat the caseload, productivity rates were >90% most weeks
