Absolutely nothing that any normal company would have they are lacking!

Cons

If there ever was a company to avoid this is it. Work is unfulfilling, tiresome, and VERY under appreciated. If there is any other company out there that could be WORSE I can't fathom how BAD that would be! Pay is BELOW poverty levels, benefits? are miniscule, management is selfish and inconsiderate to anyone below them, and they DO make you feel very small.

Pros

Great place to sell your soul for some experience, but don't get sucked in for too long. Most of the employees are really great people who work hard for an unappreciative company. Over worked and under paid.

Cons

Worst 'Senior Leadership Team' (if you can even call them that) I've ever worked for. Their 'better than you' attitudes get really old really quick. You didn't earn your jobs, your parents gave them to you, remember that.

The ONLY reason I would advise working here is to gain some industry entry level experience - then move on!

Cons

- Oppressive, negative & depressing work environment; - Senior Leadership Team leads with an overly authority, non-trusting, and cold attitude; - There are no future opportunities available & Management doesn't appreciate or acknowledge long-term committed employees (in fact, they don't know anything about their workers or what their employees actually do for the company ... even their long-term employees); - Company has 'taken over' another company, and has done such a poor job of merging these businesses, it seems absolute failure is imminent; - Very poor support, communication & minimal training available.
