none that I can think of.
Cons
Low pay rate and an extremely high workload. A high turnover rate in the lab due to a hostile and toxic work environment. There are accusatory coworkers that will report your every mistake to management. No ability to cross-train into other departments and you will quickly find yourself looking for another job.
