Pros
until 2012 the company continued to grow and it was very challenging to work with, many new projects started, new architectures to be implemented on remote sites and so on. Also working in the historical center of Venice was a plus for enviroment and social life.
Cons
After 2012 it started a a fast decline, mainly due to managment removed because it was sued of corruption. the same happened to our main stackeholder - Consorzio venezia Nuova. Now activity it's reduced to a minimum level, no significant new projects are starting, cost reduction and budget constraints are ruling. Last new is that our company has to be sold within next six months
