Pros

Everyone is encouraged to think and decide individually, and no micromanagement. Loads of smart people to work with and excellent working relationships where people genuinely care to help. Bonus being, cool office with loads of Food and some Games to play

Cons

Not much (Have worked at a couple of other organizations, so understand the general challenges)

Bad for overall career growth

Met lot of great colleagues and made lot of friends

Cons

Company is people driven rather than process, barring few people others are treated as replaceable commodities. It is not good for career growth because there is lot of politics and there is a huge gap between upper management and others, some of the worst people are in between who will not care about your career progress and your efforts will not be recognised. Lots of people are leaving the company because of failure of management to recognise the real issues. Join at your own risk or else there are lot of better opportunities out there.
