Pros

Management is somewhat nice Job is easy. You don't even need to go to school, they will just train you.

Cons

This place is a joke. Management is nice and accommodating, but they themselves have no idea what they're doing. Not being trained or having any experience in digital marketing they also don't know how to fully work Adwords and Analytics. Work is all over the place and a mess. No one really know what to do and how to organize anything. The CEO is the worst. He thinks he knows everything, but really he doesn't. Always bragging about his skills and how much money he has. He is a lost cause of his own company. Job is basic level, but I suggest finding a new job in place of this one. Compensation is also very low here, compared to other marketing agencies and the benefits aren't that great. This company has a very high turn over rate. Most of the people are new and the longest people here are the CEO and 2 managers. This company also rips off their clients by charging them an insane amount for services that the client can do on their own. Avoid this company.

Pros

When it comes to working for this company, the main pro would be that it would lead you to see a therapist at last.

Cons

- Unprofessional ownership that mistreats employees and attempts to take advantage of them in every possible way - Abusive environment that will drain your mental health. - Awful pay compared to positions in the same area. - No career growth

Dear former employee. We are very sorry to hear about your experiences. ThinkProfits has been in business for over 25 years and this is the first time we've ever had negative feedback like this. As the new CEO for ThinkProfits, I take all comments and reviews seriously. Please contact me directly so I can address your concerns and take appropriate action. I've been with ThinkProfits for more than 5 months and I frequently have one one-on-ones with each employee. I have not heard of any mistreatment from employees, ownership, or management. We support mental health and we have personal days that staff can take when they need. Our pay scales are commensurate with experience and we regularly make generous salary adjustments. We are changing our organizational chart to help provide more career growth opportunities. Our employees' well-being is our priority. We care about our team and we always welcome feedback.

Pros

• Office right in downtown Vancouver, close to public transit • Competitive salary, amazing benefits and office perks (free food!) • Happy hour with free drinks on Thursdays! • Free Gym Access located in the building with great new equipment • Yoga Studio • Longevity in terms of career opportunities • Support from your colleagues and management when it comes to your career development • Pretty cool clients to work on! • Very technical and data driven work which gives you the opportunity to really level up your skill sets • Lots of team collaboration • There’s a focus on personal growth as well as professional growth, and health and wellbeing of the team is a priority

Cons

Working at an agency can have its cons, or pros, depending on what type of challenge you're looking for in terms of developing out your career, but I've personally never been bothered by this at Think Profits or other agencies. Things such as complex work, difficult clients, fast pace environment, lots of problem solving
