Pros

Nice people to work with

Cons

Terrible hierarchy Too many directors and managers, but next to no staff they manage as they all either leave or are forced out

Pros

None, not inclusive, Very contradictory

Cons

Contradictory and boring during the interview process, made up some random questions such as what my family do for work which has no relevance to the job description. Told me most recruiters are anxious and then had the audacity to say I would be too anxious to pick up the phone. Very contradictory, only white people with common names work there. A brown lady with transferrable skills was pushed through the process with a unique name. Definitely not a character based company!
