Pros

1. Client Exposure – Chance to work with major tourism clients like JTB, Georgia, and Sharjah. 2. Event Management Experience – Participation in industry events offers good learning opportunities. 3 .Cross-Functional Collaboration – Interaction with PR, trade, and marketing teams enhances operational insight. 4. Structured Workload – For the most part, tasks are clear and allow hands-on project involvement.

Cons

1. Toxic Favoritism in HR – The company has a single HR representative who shows blatant bias toward employees she is personally close with, impacting professional fairness. 2. Lack of Integrity in Management – HR and the CEO were jointly involved in pushing me out without proper performance discussions, having already finalized a replacement behind the scenes. 3. No Constructive Feedback – Instead of offering support or performance improvement paths, pressure was created to resign immediately once the new candidate joined. 4. Image Management Over Employee Welfare – I was told to cite “personal reasons” for my exit, so as to help the company protect its reputation rather than be transparent. 5. No HR Safeguards – There’s no accountability, grievance redressal, or unbiased employee support—especially when HR is involved in orchestrating exits
