Pros
This CBS news history series is a solid project that Think Televisual produces for CBS's Decades channel. The admins and staff are all sane, hard-working, talented pros. The work is interesting, combing CBS archives and every other source, creating mographs, scoring with production music.
Cons
No thought for worker morale and team-building or training. Good and kind people in charge but they don't have the skills to do these important tasks. These are basic needs for an organization, maybe especially so for creatives.
