      Its a franchise of wipro infotech, on time sallary and good communication between organization and employees.

      We are on client side as a third party payroll.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the company as ail the colleagues and my superior are very supportive, also the management policies are good enough to work freely.

      Cons

      Need to improve claim policies which can understand the basic expenses of the employee so that he can get not more but equal to his actual investment on the field.
