      Has a good business has potential

      Cons

      Owner has no idea what direction they want or need to go. Burns through money faster than they can make it. Position eliminated after 6 months do to no cash flow while owner still spending company money like it grows on trees.

      - The pay is good. - When the owners aren't in a manic state, they are generous.

      Cons

      - The owners are mentally unstable. They bring their home/family drama into the work place. - Co-workers, management and owners talk poorly about employees behind their backs. - Company is experiencing massive growing pains. The direction of the company changes on weekly basis. - Most of the traders are lazy and only care about their bottom line. - No opportunity for advancement.
