      Pros

      slow motion train wreck as a business model is curious to watch

      Cons

      the managers outnumber the workers 3 to 1. most of the workforce has quit in the last year and the CEO is basically conning the investor out of millions as long as he can and is desperate for more gullable idiots to drag into the fray.

      There are no pros to working at Third Equation

      Cons

      Management constantly ignore engineers' input to project development in favour of third-party consultant. Safety of employees has been compromised on several occasions. Salary reviews have been bypassed for two successive years. Company funding is from a single source on a month-by-month basis and can be pulled at any time without notice
