      I have been working with Thirdwave Analytics for over a year, and I must say that it has been an amazing experience. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work, striving to deliver the best results. The company provides an array of services to help their client manage projects, samples, inventory and instruments using the LockBox LIMS platform. The environment is also incredibly collaborative, and I have learned so much from the team. They Encourage the team to take the initiative and explore new ideas, as this will lead to innovative solutions. The management Empowers employees to take ownership of their work and trust them to deliver quality results. I would highly recommend working with Thirdwave Analytics to anyone looking for an excellent job in a fulfilling and diverse environment. The company provides a great work/life balance, allowing personal and professional growth.

      - Projects can be challenging, but this is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.

      This is a place where teamwork really makes the dream work. I've never worked with a more knowledgeable team of experts in their respective fields who are willing to help each other out, take on new perspectives and be open to new ideas. The Leadership is outstanding and truly cares about the customers and the team. Our product actually works and is constantly being improved and enhanced! The customers we work with day in and day out are phenomenal and make the job worthwhile. We regularly work with companies that are actively making the world a better place. It's amazing to be an instrumental part of that vision!

      Cons

      It's a small growing company and there are bumps along the way. Thankfully, the bumps are small and the view and companions make the trip worthwhile!

      Pros

      TWA is a collaborative and supportive team of people who share common goals and care a lot about company culture and client experience. We work remotely and have flexible schedules. They make sure projects are a good fit before assigning them to you and respect work/life balance. Very supportive management.

      Cons

      Fewer benefits than some other Silicon Valley companies but they make up for it in pay.
