      A place of learning and fun! A place to also run away from!

      1. The Thomas Psychometric Assessments, developed by experts in the UK, are exceptional, to say the least. 2. Exposure to a wide range of industries, companies and people across the country. 3. Skyrocketing learning curve. 4. Flexible working hours enable one to maintain work-life balance. 5. Independence and freedom, to a certain extent, to adopt one's own working style. 6. Celebrating company successes every now and then. 7. You will love your job.

      Cons

      1. Absence of a team LEADER. 2. Acute micromanagement. 3. Insecure and delusional management. 4. Politics, scapegoating and drama. 5. Lack of SOPs. 6. The Performance Appraisal System is a joke. 7. No growth or development opportunities. 8. Sales-centric company. High performing individuals from other teams are rarely acknowledged/awarded. 9. High attrition rates speak for themselves. 10. Pay does not match skill set/contributions/workload. 11. Your love and passion for your job will, inevitably, be crushed as a direct consequence of the aforementioned.

      I am embarrassed that I have not responded earlier but the owners in India where requested over 2 weeks ago for a response and failed to come back to me so shows some of what you are describing culturally. It's a shame that our business is having it best year ever which includes the Indian team, but that means nothing without the people to support them. We are putting much more rigour into how our partners work with the introduction of Salesforce shortly globally, as well as sharing what best practice looks like. We have global opportunities opening up all the time as we start to work more as a global brand. Appreciate your feedback and have much to do.

      List is very long............................................ I worked at Bangalore office. *Even 1 star is also very high rating for this pathetic company. *I want to give this company negative star rating because they deserve it *Management is pathetic *All the decisions are involved around only 3 people only *Underpaid *No work life balance *There is no HR everything is managed by only couple of people *There is no performance management system *Micromanagement of your professional and personal life *Even if you breath that too is managed by some people *You just have to sit and work without talking to anyone in this company *Pathetic work culture *Management is the worst part in this company, they think all the employees are slave *Management will never trust you *Worst management i have seen in my life *No career growth

Although we are not legally affiliated, the company in India does use Thomas products. It is encouraging you state in your review that the “tools are excellent,” but it appears you have an issue with the management of the company.
