      Lack of direction and poor practices overshadow positives!

      Does not micromanage, use SalesForce, occasional company wide town halls

      Cons

      Does not pay out commission, constant turnover (three CEOs in two years), no clear direction, purposely keeps employees out of the loop, very shady practices, higher ups think they're better than everyone, the list goes on...
