Thomas Scientific lets me do my thing and take care of customers. They don't have a ton of time wasting meetings, and support me when necessary.

401K match could be better

Does not micromanage, use SalesForce, occasional company wide town halls

Does not pay out commission, constant turnover (three CEOs in two years), no clear direction, purposely keeps employees out of the loop, very shady practices, higher ups think they're better than everyone, the list goes on...
