      Pros

      There's a lot to learn at Thomas; the commute is good; friendly co-workers

      Cons

      There's no communication, everyone throws their work at other people, no teamwork, no SOPs, no accountability is held against management, reporting is awful, people take other people's credit, technological advancement is an exception not a rule, management is out of touch with the processes below them.

      No micro managing, make your own hours, comp plan is ok for an entry level position

      Cons

      The company has an emphasis on family but when Covid happened there was a “special” comp plan to make sure employee weren’t paid according to their original comp plan. Needless to say there was an a huge wave of people that left due to the too heavy management getting their pay.

      Remote position, work from home

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke. They only want to build it up on the backs of the workers to sell it and make a killing. They preach family but it is all lies. Comp plan is a joke, unless you like working 50-60 hours in a high stress environment for $50k in compensation. Unreachable sales targets.
