      Pros

      The employer is wonderful and very passionate about his company. He has such a warm and welcoming attitude towards his customers and employees. Working there was such a great experience for me and I learned so much that I carry on with me on a daily basis.

      Confusing experience; Little-no pay

      Location, flexibility (somewhat), showroom aesthetics

      Cons

      Company really lacks direction and definition. Obvious questions relating to the brand cannot be answered. Was expected to work for an extremely low wage despite the owners' extravagant personal spending. Confusing atmosphere with frequent changes. Little monetary investment in projects and very unrealistic expectations.
