I did not find any major positive points while working here. If people had given honest reviews, the company’s overall rating would not even reach 2, because employees are pressured to give positive ratings.
Cons
The company focuses too much on cost cutting. Benefits meant for freshers under government schemes are not properly given to employees, and employees are pressured to transfer the money back to the company. No proper training or skill development opportunities. Salary increase and appraisal are very low. Management does not treat employees with respect. Only 12 leaves are given per year. Unused leaves are not carried forward or paid. The company shows a good image on social media, but the reality is different. Most employees seem unhappy and frustrated. Many employees stay for years because they feel stuck. Too much micromanagement and blaming employees for everything. The work environment feels stressful and restrictive.
