      Pros

      Not nearly enough to outweigh the horrible experience.

      Cons

      The owner of the company, Melanie Michaud, is unbearable to be around. I’ve genuinely never felt more uncomfortable in a workplace, be prepared to be observed at all times and questioned at every move.

      Unfortunately, the level of experience and values did not fit with the company culture. We have a small, amazing team and our managers are involved with the day to day to assure the team receives the tools they need to succeed.       Demoralizing and Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      Management and store level employees are pleasant to work with, though turnover is so high that nobody lasts long.

      Cons

      Please avoid this toxic and manipulative work environment. Expectations of roles constantly change, entire team is underpaid and overworked, workplace is in constant flux, and the level of micromanaging is unbearable. Owner has no regard for workplace boundaries. Praise or legitimately constructive feedback is rarely, if ever, given, and employees are made to feel guilty for being sick or taking time off. There are almost no opportunities for growth, instead the expectations of your role will continue to increase with no change in compensation.

      Thank you for submitting your feedback. Unfortunately this was not a good fit. We attempted to try roles that aligned better with your skill set but nothing quite worked.
