      Pros

      They paid for PPE (which is a legal requirement)

      Cons

      They harrased you. Deducted hours for little things. Extremely long hours, with having to work 50+ hours for over time, and standard overtime pay. They make you pay for damaged equipment. Boss smokes inside, infront of no smoking signs, when you're inside with him.
