Employees are provided with a free unlimited SIM card and a choice of handsets or a cash alternative. We do expect our retail team to be able to handle any queries our customer may have so we ensure training is at the forefront of everything we do. - Great first job! If you're 17/18 and studying this job pays you great for the work you do - Commission structure - Company culture - Incentives - Colleagues (Varies for each store)

Cons

- Little to no career progression. The company offers Graduate schemes but fails to inform the graduates within the company who might be interested - it would be nice if they could actually announce it in the weekly meetings with store managers and relay that message to the retail staff. - Sometimes the customer and dealing with customer service (some are good but some are just shocking) -
