After Covid leadership changed Targets became unrealistic Senior management were severely unprofessional Poor ER management from area managers Sales tactics became miss selling Fraud was at an all time high Being expected to work 6 days to prioritise certain people. Walking on eggshells around certain protected characteristics but not all Very high positive discrimination

Still have a lot to learn to catchup with larger enterprises. Not enough trust in employees and gives too much to partners. High attrition in senior management - means too many changes, too frequently, and often not for the better

Senior management are out of their depth.

- Opportunities for individual development feel limited, with frequent monthly reviews that don’t always materialise into meaningful support or growth. - Holiday bookings can be challenging at times, depending on management availability and processes. - Assistant Management receive fewer tools and have fewer opportunities for recognition and benefits compared to senior management.

Lack of support and value from senior management

Poor leadership leaving lots of people working on multiple projects which can clash. Difficult to innovative.
