Pros

- Gained a considerable ammount of experience within my chosen field - Varied day-to-day work activities - Young friendly team - May be a useful stepping stone to something better (although you will need to be both strong willed and have a thick skin).

Cons

- Most of the staff are apprentices, with little to no senior staff to guide them. - Low wages all around, although expected to work just as hard, if not harder than your average workplace. - No overtime (although often expected to stay later/come in earlier etc) - There is a lot of very problematic individual behaviour . If I was to write all the ways staff are mistreated it would be a dissertation. - Most staff have at some point had their job threatened. - A ridiculously high turnover rate says it all - Little to no correct training - Training that is offered is to go watch an online video on 'Marketing' ... (But in your free time of course, god forbid you may be given actual training or instruction.

Pros

- It's a good place to get your foot in the door. - There is always opportunity to swap between roles if you wanted to. Management are usually very eager to move people around to fill a role if another staff member leaves. - The office is vibrant and nicely decorated. Good location.

Cons

- The majority of staff are apprentices. Out of everyone I worked with during my time there, about 3 quarters of the staff were on an apprenticeship...and the wage that comes with it. - Following on from my previous point, the pay is pretty awful. You will start out on the right apprentice wage during your apprenticeship but once you have completed it management are reluctant to give you an appropriate wage. - Training for apprentices is not adequate. It is a case of apprentices teaching apprentices. - You are often expected to come in early, leave early and work weekends - unpaid - adding up to 10 hours unpaid extra work to your week. - Concerning and unpleasant behaviour from an individual senior member of staff. Unwanted and intrusive comments can be expected for female members of staff on a daily basis. - Favouritism amongst certain members of staff. Female members of staff are treated and spoken to much differently than their male colleagues. - Management are more concerned with up-selling clients than delivering quality work. - Many staff members are threatened with their job.
