      - Easier barrier of entry

      Cons

      - Low Compensation - Bad Management, often rude. - Does not care about employee's well being. - Will not try to resolve internal conflict. - Employees here are child like, straight out of high school and does not have an idea of basic workplace decency. - Exploitative. - Will hold your final pay just to trouble you.

      Good for fresh graduates that needs experience, salary is average

      Cons

      *No cellphone allowed inside the office * 1 year before you receive your leave credits * You are required to clock in and out four times a day. If you forget, points will be deducted. Once your points drop to 1, the deduction will be applied to your salary. *If you do not complete one year of service, you will be required to pay for your uniform. Additionally, if you do not reach three years of service, you will need to cover the cost of the headset, amounting to ₱3,500. *There is only one cubicle available for men.
