I’ve been working at Titans for a few weeks now and wanted to take the time to post on this website. When I was soliciting for Titans, I came across this website and read the negative reviews. At the moment, I didn’t want to trust on opinions on the internet so I went with my gut feeling and started a job at Titans. I can now say with certainty that the ‘cons’ on this website are not correct. I started with a permanent contract (not an IBO), have a good salary and I get enough time to learn. The managers and colleagues are helpful and there’s an open atmosphere. There are fun team incentives when a target is reached. Managers don’t want you to do overtime, I always work from 9 to 17h30. Of course, you are allowed to stay longer if you want to sign a candidate, but that is completely your own choice.

Titans is a good place to work and it shocks me that the other reviews are so negative. I started with a permanent contract, there were people who started with IBO in the past, but now they cancelled that. In contrast to the other reviews I think the managers were very flexible and easy to talk to. Someone saying that the team manager is aggressive is absolutely ridiculous. The managers also contributed to a nice atmosphere by organizing some nice team buildings every once in a while. And at least every month, we did something together with the whole group, it could be a dinner, a board game,.. I think that as an employee of titans you are very involved in what is happening and close to the management, they really listen to your input. Furthermore, you can't complain about the salary. I also don't understand why someone would say that you have to work all these extra hours. Yes there were some days that I would stay a little longer to meet an important deadline, but most of the time (95%) I worked from 9h to 17h30. Working at Titans was a nice experience for me and in my eyes, a very honest employer.
