Pros

never join this company. Just nice office.

Cons

The management consists of a married couple, with the wife being a full scholarship student turned boss lady. Despite her extensive academic background, she lacks managerial acumen and leadership skills, showing disdain and disrespect towards employees. The boss frequently emerges from his office shouting profanities, using foul language in public areas to berate staff. Any deviation in attire from the boss's preferences results in immediate termination by the HR department. Employees can only answer with "yes" or "no" and are not allowed to respond with "ok." Any mistake is met with harsh rebuke. Staff are coerced into undergoing two days of unpaid training before starting to save on training costs. Executives are pressured to sign contracts where they must personally compensate the company for project failures. The boss criticizes work performance for minor errors like punctuation mistakes. The overall atmosphere in the company is toxic, suffocating employees and leading to a very high turnover rate, with many employees lasting less than a year before sudden termination, often due to zodiac signs or facial features not aligning with the boss's preferences. Employees are expected to complete tasks within an hour, forbidden from taking lunch breaks, and face termination if deadlines are exceeded. The company deducts salaries or demotes employees if it is not profitable, forcing staff to resign on their own so the company avoids paying compensation. Employees are coerced into signing contracts for a two-year probation period.
