Hands down one of the worst companies. It’s great if you’re trying to just get experience and you’re fresh out of college but that’s it. They say they treat you fairly and they’re close since the company is so small but it’s all untrue. The managers play favorites and it’s obvious. The one person in HR quit and was never rehired so anyone with a little bit of power pretty much stomps on whoever they want. I watched as employee after employee quit over the years. None were rehired. The company is just getting smaller and smaller leaving no opportunities for anyone to move up. If you don’t mind mediocre pay and just need some kind of hobby to pass the time this is the place though.
