Working with and For Tico's will bring you or your organization down
Pros
I do not believe there are any pros to place here. Only people who would put pros for this company are probably family members. Though you could say you learn how NOT to lead, manage, do business etc.
Cons
I've encountered a leadership team that universally lacks fundamental business understanding. The CEO exhibits an entitlement to mistreat her employees, while the COO lacks even the basics of human dignity. Their DE&I leader makes offensive remarks and exhibits an attitude more suited to reality TV. One male leader believes himself to be a creative god and disrespects women, except for the CEO and COO. His treatment of clients is shockingly unprofessional. The building they work out of doesn't have hot water and the ceiling caved in over a persons desk. Thankfully they were not sitting there at the time. Pay is terrible, benefits are laughable, creative tools are cheap, and the workspace stifles genuine innovation. They are suspicious of everyone, accuse hardworking individuals of laziness, and foster a toxic environment. Partnering with another agency will likely drag them both down. The information shared to acquire the partnership lacks accuracy and integrity, the CEO is known to change accounting documents, and their CEO's buzzword-filled façade crumbles under scrutiny. Bounced checks and financial mismanagement plague their employee relations, including siphoning funds from an organization the CEO and COO oversee.
