      Pros

      Some really great hard working colleagues. LTIP is okay but isn't enough to make up for the poor pay.

      Cons

      Nepotism runs rampant throughout the organization which creates a poor work environment due to a feeling that you always need to look over your shoulder. Pay is horrible and the benefits are poor. The company is being built on the backs of overworked underpaid employees.

      Pros

      The staff, not the management, are hard working dedicated kind people.

      Cons

      Tidewater is the Midstreamer of no choice, twice the work for half the pay, with promise of a bonus that may be very little or never comes.

      Pros

      Executive management is approachable no matter what your level is. Great company culture with an executive leadership team that cares about all its people, from the top down. A new company that is constantly looking for process improvement. Opportunity to make a difference and gain diverse experience.

      New company with main growth due to acquisitions, still working through streamlining processes. This takes time...
