Pros

Dress code is lax, you can rock your own style at the office. Participation in gaming industry events. You're free to take breaks as long as long as you've accomplished what's expected of you for the day.

Cons

CEO promised us incentives but never followed through. They pretend to care about their employees' mental health and general well-being but they actually don't. No one will listen to you unless you play politics. If they fail to inform you about certain allowances, they will not reimburse you for your expenses even if it is their fault. Hired a lot of employees only to terminate even more.

A company that exploits PASSION for CAREERS

Pros

Being in the esports industry may seem like a dream for professionals with a passion for gaming. Has worked with many big brands. A joint group of passionate workers will encourage you to stay as you want things to happen. However...

Cons

...that said PASSION is being EXPLOITED with more workload, low pay, and credit-grabbing. Hard work & quality are BARELY rewarded and you will be unsafe from possible lay-offs as the industry is shaky. Higher-ups are more focused on micro-managing than training people & planning ahead.

Elitist Workplace

Pros

Working for this company has its ups and downs. It’s a great starting company but don’t expect a high salary immediately.

Cons

The Culture: You will experience inflated egos and people who are only working here for clout and to gain attention and recognition. Most of the employees (if not all) are snobby, elitist, and delusional. You would rarely encounter hi & hello’s from your co-workers, instead, they will just walk past you like you don’t exist. The Management: There are a lot of things that can be improved. Employees don’t even have lockers to store their things, and the office itself doesn’t have a company nurse which is illegal by the way. How can a company operate like this without valuing the safety of its employees? A lot of bad decisions were made by the upper management, and a lot of employees suffered because of it.
