      Pros

      i worked there for over 3 years. throughout my time there my pay increased a lot. they give yearly raises to all employees. the benefits they offer are better than a lot of other companies.

      Cons

      there are a few cons to every job. at tietex its really boils down to just long hours and having to work on your days off.

      You arent able to plan weekends because you dont know if you're going to be off unless it's the day of. Your job is constantly being threatened

      Management and employees are miles apart. Supplies are scarce and heavily guarded by management. Understaffed and scheduling for overtime is unpredictable
