great fellow employees and chairs. opportunity to attend conference and events with good speakers opportunity to meet members who are very interesting and successful people outside of NYC meeting s in lovely resorts opportunity to work at home
Cons
a number of senior women have been pushed out in unprofessional process senior male management is a disaster extremely few black members and employees employee and chair contracts are very one-sided at benefit of management founder is very disrespectful to employees and members particularly those who disagree with him.
