Pros

They spend a lot of money on aesthetics of their office buildings, so at least it is a pretty environment to work in.

Cons

- No upward mobility or interest in employee retention. - Majority of budget is spent on acquisitions of small companies with the hope of the related industry being profitable, these companies are quickly gutted by Tiger. - They will look you in the eye on a Monday and say business is good and job security is not a concern, and lay you off in a company-wide force reduction on a Thursday. - Lower management, department heads, and even presidents of individual arms of the overall Tiger corporation do not have any authority to make change at their local levels. All change is funneled through a select group of directors with little to no experience or understanding of their own industry. - Employee welfare is not the top priority for this company, employees are heavily encouraged to disregard a work-life balance for the welfare of patients relying on the company's products. On more than one occasion, employees were required to report to work in unsafe road conditions or use vacation time. (On the final occasion, employees were required to adhere to this despite it being very likely that the director making this decision was aware these employees would be laid off within the next pay period.) Overall, this is a company that cosplays as an altruistic medical company pushing the industry forward for patients, but it is ultimately a paycheck for the opportunistic capitalist who owns it. If you are reading these reviews because Tiger recently acquired the company you work for, start your job search now and stay alert.

Pros

Was ample opportunity to grow in the initial startup phase and if you were liked by the correct people.

Cons

This entire company’s existence is funded by their initial organization which was an elaborate Medicare scam. As one of the first 15 employees of their original company, I cannot emphasize enough the unprofessional dynamics which another reviewer pointed out. To go into detail would jeopardize the reputation of current high ranking employees. While I take part of the blame, this place ruined my life and it took me two years to rebound. The layoffs are going to hit this place hard since they won’t be able to find another cash cow like they did with wound care.
