Pros
If you just got you class A license this is the place to work for. They give you the chance to start without any experience. The pay is very reasonable if you are just starting out. Once you have a few years of experience is better to jump somewhere else for better pay.
Cons
I could pay more to the ones that have been there the longest. All driver make almost the same amount seen they pay by the load.
