DON'T Join the Intern Program!!!

Learn the products and some "sales skills". Good work life balance because there is no real work for you to do. Most people are nice except for the Wealth Management MD and the CEO.

Cons

The intern program is a JOKE! Why would you PAY for an intern program and learn nothing??? If you are going to the wealth management department, good luck! The MD is arrogant and selfish. I brought in clients and she took all my commissions. People don't get paid in this place. The CEO is mean and stingy, who expects people to work for free. They even asked the interns to help them move furniture when they relocated, of course, NO PAY.
