      You quickly learn how to edit efficiently.

      Cons

      Those in charge are morally bankrupt. They will make you work 12-hour days repeatedly, without additional pay, if you even get paid on time. They will bully you to work until you are burnt out, then fire you for a lack of performance.

      Pros

      I've learnt more at Tilted Needle in the last few months than all other previous jobs combined. The workload constantly forces you to improve your skill set but is also perfectly manageable and enjoyable. All the staff are friendly and the workspace in Oxford Street is nice. Overall really enjoying my time at Tilted Needle regularly filming and editing for a range of interesting clients and learning what makes social media content go viral.

      Cons

      The wifi in the office can be quite inconsistent which can occasionally cause issues when editing and having online meetings, but not the end of the world.
